Where we ship: We currently ship within Canada only.
  
Processing: Orders are shipped from our fulfilment partner's warehouse in Montreal, Quebec. Orders placed before 2 p.m. ET on a business day usually ship the next business day. You'll receive an email with a tracking number when your order ships.

Shipping rates:
• Standard shipping: $12 — free on orders of $75 or more
• Express shipping: $20

Delivery estimates (after shipping): Most orders arrive within 1–3 business days in Quebec and Ontario, and 3–7  business days elsewhere in Canada. Remote areas may take longer.

Carriers: Canada Post, UPS, FedEx or Purolator, depending on destination and package size. Some large items cannot ship to PO Boxes; we'll contact you by email if there is an address issue.

Tracking: Tracking may take up to 48 hours to update. If your order hasn't arrived within 10 business days of shipping, contact us at support@cesttout.ca with your order number.

If you haven’t received your order within 10 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@cesttout.ca with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
