Processing & Handling Time All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification with a tracking number when your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 2 to 7 business days across Canada and the US.

Orders are dispatched via reliable major carriers (such as Canada Post, UPS, FedEx, or Purolator) depending on the shipping destination and item size.
How do I check the status of my order? When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 10 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@cesttout.ca with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
PO Boxes & Remote Areas Please note that some large or heavy items may have restrictions when shipping to PO Boxes or remote postal codes. If we encounter an issue fulfilling your order due to address restrictions, our team will reach out via email immediately.
